acknowledgement
i don't know what happened. i'm not usually like this. if there's anything that i'm usually good at, it'll be acknowledging my feelings. i always know what i /really/ feel. which isn't something that has been happening in the past couple of months. all i know is that i've been feeling a huge burden for quite a while. and that it's been dragging me for days. but i did what you said, fa. last night before going to bed, i laid down and asked myself, "what do i really feel?" and then i cried. and i felt better. first step: acknowledging.
